Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery of Digital Products
Instant Access:
Upon successful payment, access to online courses, eBooks, or downloadable materials is granted instantly or within 15 minutes via your registered email ID or account dashboard.
Delivery Issues:
If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder. Still facing issues? Contact us at support@abhrosh.com with your order ID.
Account Access:
Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
2. Shipping of Physical Products (if applicable)
In case of enrollment in premium programs that include physical materials (e.g., certificates, kits, books, or swags):
Processing Time:
Physical items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Estimated Delivery:
Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping on eligible purchases or bundled packages.
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
Courier Partners:
We use leading logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for reliable service.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not ship physical materials internationally.
However, digital access is available globally unless explicitly restricted due to regional laws or licensing.
4. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address
Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct when placing the order.
In case of non-delivery due to incorrect details, the buyer will bear the reshipping cost.
5. Non-Delivery or Delay
For physical shipments delayed beyond 15 business days, please raise a ticket with our support team.
Digital deliveries should not take more than 30 minutes post-payment. Delays beyond that are rare and should be reported immediately.
6. Packaging
All physical items are securely packaged to prevent damage.
We use eco-friendly and minimal packaging to reduce our carbon footprint.
